A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. Our Notrees-based teams roll out with extraction and drying gear already loaded, not scrambling to gather it after the call.
Hirex Water Damage didn't start as a franchise looking for a new zip code to expand into — it started because Notrees homeowners kept describing the same frustrating experience: a national hotline, a long hold, and a subcontractor nobody vetted. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Our lead technicians hold IICRC water restoration certification and have worked jobs ranging from a single soaked bedroom to a fully flooded commercial floor, which is why Structural Drying in Notrees is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. You're protected from the moment our truck reaches your Notrees address, thanks to full coverage and proper Notrees, TX licensing.
Local equipment staging is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-morning one for Notrees calls.
Ask any Notrees property manager who's dealt with an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you the real cost isn't the leak itself — it's how long standing water sits before someone with the right equipment shows up. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Our Notrees technicians go through regular continuing education, because a method that was standard five years ago may not be the best option today.
Plenty of the worst jobs we've walked into in Notrees started as something small that got put off for a few weeks. Here's what tells our team a Notrees property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along, get ahead of it now — our Notrees dispatcher will tell you honestly whether it's urgent or something we can schedule.
From a single flooded closet to a three-story commercial building, our Notrees crews scale the response to match the actual damage. Each item on this list corresponds to an actual step in our process, not a generic label.
Truck-mount extraction on every Notrees rig means high-volume pickup starts the same day, not the next. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once extraction wraps, commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers go to work based on psychrometric readings, not a flat per-room count, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Notrees homeowners, that means flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything salvageable, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
For commercial Notrees accounts, we assign a lead, run crews outside normal hours to limit downtime, and size equipment to the actual footprint — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Notrees crews are trained for that exact protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Notrees crews apply antimicrobial treatment and will tell you plainly if a section needs specialist attention.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Notrees property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Because equipment is staged inside Notrees, most calls see a technician on-site in under an hour.
We document every Notrees job with photos and moisture logs and can speak directly with your adjuster.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider any Notrees job done, and getting there again is on us.
A short call tells us whether your Notrees job needs one technician or a full crew before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Notrees crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount gear on board.
Standing water comes out first, then we map moisture and position air movers based on the readings.
Daily moisture checks continue on every Notrees job until each material reads dry, and you get a full report at the end.
Every Notrees job closes based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say so. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put the guarantee directly on the work order for every Notrees job, in writing. If a follow-up visit is ever needed, we send a technician familiar with the original job whenever scheduling allows, so you're not re-explaining the situation to someone new.
We built this guarantee because Notrees property owners deserve more than a verbal assurance that a job is done — they deserve proof.

Around-the-clock Notrees coverage includes extraction, drying, and Category 3 sewage response — nothing on that list waits for morning.
Our paperwork is built to match what Notrees, TX adjusters expect.
Dryness is confirmed with instrument readings against a documented standard, not by feel.
Blackwater response is a core part of what our Notrees team does, not something we sub out.
If it's safe, shut off the water source, move valuables away from the affected area, and avoid standing water near outlets.
We scale crews and equipment for commercial Notrees accounts and assign a dedicated project lead beyond a single unit.
Drying time varies by material and how fast extraction started, but 3-5 days is typical for most Notrees jobs.
Quick extraction and drying significantly lowers mold risk since spores need sustained moisture to take hold.
Our Notrees guarantee covers a 30-day callback window tied to the original loss.
